A half-day “best sellers” Excel day, good for self-taught users who want to brush up on skills and become more efficient.
Excel – Essentials
A full day similar to the Excel Essentials above, with more complex Functions and Tools such as IF, VLOOKUP and other common Functions.
Excel – Advanced Essentials
A full day beginning with a short revision of Key Featuresl topics; building up to Database Functionality (including Pivot Tables), Advanced Functions and an Intro to Macros

Not for the faint hearted!
This two-day VBA class takes you to the extreme with Excel! We begin by creating and using Macros correctly within Excel, and move swiftly onto Coding; learning about the tools to make Excel interactive, Declaring and using Variables, exploring Loops, Error Handling and introducing User Forms.
We recommend participants keep all of their work on a USB as they will be doing a lot of programming for the two days!

This is a half-day “best sellers” Excel day, useful for self-taught users who want to brush up on skills and become more efficient.
Excel for Accountants Essentials
To help delegates get clients’ data into a more useable format and create visual spreadsheets to assist in interpreting results for clients. Based on Accounting examples, this full day is similar in content to our Excel Key Features with more complex Functions and Tools such as IF, VLOOKUP, NPV and other useful Functions.
Excel for Accountants Advanced Essentials
To allow delegates to appreciate the practical application of Excel’s advanced features and how these can be incorporated into powerful spreadsheets for managing clients’ data. Based on Accounting examples, this full day begins with a short revision of Key Featuresl topics; building up to Database Functionality (including Pivot Tables), Importing Data from other systems, more advanced Functions and an Intro to Macros.

Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher or Outlook – ONLY $750 per day, or $400 for a half day.
Microsoft Access or Project – Two Day courses ONLY $1900.
Microsoft Excel VBA – Two Day course – ONLY $2000.
One day provides 6 Hours of training – for example 9.00 am to 4.00 pm.
This will be made up of 2 sessions e.g. 9am – 12pm & 1pm – 4pm with tea-breaks in each session.
Note: Half days are 3 hours.
Class Size: These rates are for classes from 4 to a maximum of 10 people per class (Excel VBA Max 8).

Learn how to identify goals, priorities and delegate tasks to others. Learn how to use Outlook to help you keep tasks on schedule, filter your emails and manage your day more effectively. This session will not help you to find more time in the day but it will help you take more control of it!
This two day course provides you with an understanding of the role of financial information in planning and responding to changing business conditions. You will gain the knowledge and skills required to read and interpret financial reports and achieve financial objectives. Beginning with the basics – how to work through typical transactions in order to understand double-entry, learn about debits and credits, create a trial balance and produce the financial reports: profit and loss and the balance sheet. When you have produced these reports you will be able to begin interpreting the key financial ratios to see how a business is performing.
We require access to a Classroom or Boardroom sized room with your computers set-up for each attendee (no computers needed for Bookkeeping)
A whiteboard and/or flipchart is often useful for explanations
We are based in South East Queensland – Brisbane, Gold Coast and Scenic Rim are often available within short notice.
We are willing to travel to other Australia or New Zealand locations; subject to travel, subsistence & accommodation fees.
