Blended Solutions

Sometimes, you want a course that combines using a product with providing a service – these courses do exactly that, enabling you to work more effectively with the tools you have available.

Creating Vibrant and Effective Presentations with PowerPoint

Have you ever been the recipient of ‘Death by PowerPoint’ and want to avoid the same mistakes with your own presentations? In this course you will learn how to captivate your audience by creating powerful and vibrant presentations using your presentation as a supporting aid only. You will learn how to plan and design a presentation, enhance text, add media features, set up a slide show, and more.

Get Your Day Back with Outlook

Learn how to identify goals, priorities and delegate tasks to others. Learn how to use Outlook to help you keep tasks on schedule, filter your emails and manage your day more effectively. This session will not help you to find more time in the day but it will help you take more control of it!

Bookkeeping Basics

This two day course provides you with an understanding of the role of financial information in planning and responding to changing business conditions. You will gain the knowledge and skills required to read and interpret financial reports and achieve financial objectives. Beginning with the basics – how to work through typical transactions in order to understand double-entry, learn about debits and credits, create a trial balance and produce the financial reports: profit and loss and the balance sheet. When you have produced these reports you will be able to begin interpreting the key financial ratios to see how a business is performing.

Room Requirements

We require access to a Classroom or Boardroom sized room with your computers set-up for each attendee (no computers needed for Bookkeeping)

A whiteboard and/or flipchart is often useful for explanations
